No fine-print games. These are the simple terms under which we sell cloth — the same way we've done business in Chandni Chowk since 1977.
Confirm first, pay after
Nothing is charged online. We confirm cloth, metres and price on WhatsApp before anything is cut.
Genuine & billed
Authorised Raymond retailer. Every sale carries a proper GST invoice.
Fair returns
7-day returns on uncut, unwashed cloth. Faulty fabric replaced, always.

How buying works here
- Request to order: the site takes order requests — no payment is collected online. We confirm the exact cloth, shade, metres, availability and final price with you on WhatsApp before cutting or dispatch.
- Prices: shown per metre in Indian Rupees, inclusive of GST unless stated. We work hard to keep prices accurate; if a listing error occurs, we'll tell you the correct price at confirmation and you're free to decline.
- Payment: made after confirmation, by the method we agree on WhatsApp (UPI / bank transfer / as advised). A GST invoice accompanies every sale.
- Price on request: some premium cloths are priced on enquiry — the confirmed WhatsApp quote applies.
- Availability: fabric is sold by length from moving stock; a request is not a reservation until we confirm it.
AI visualisations & colour accuracy
Our styled garment images, try-on previews, stylist suggestions and AI measurement cards are AI-generated visualisations for reference — they show how a cloth could look, not a photograph of a finished garment. The fabric swatch photo shows the true colour and weave. Screens vary, so slight colour difference between display and cloth is possible; measurement estimates should be verified by your tailor before cutting. This honesty is why we confirm everything with you before you pay.
Getting it, and returning it
Delivery is free across India on orders above ₹2,500 (flat ₹99 below), dispatched after confirmation, typically in 3–7 business days. You may return uncut, unwashed cloth within 7 days; custom-cut lengths can't be returned, and faulty or wrong fabric is always replaced or refunded in full. Content, liability & law
- Our content: the text, images and AI renders on this site belong to Mittal & Sons (brand marks belong to their owners, e.g. Raymond). Please don't reuse them commercially without permission.
- Fair use of the AI tools: the try-on and stylist are for choosing your own cloth — please upload only your own photo and use the tools respectfully.
- Liability: nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Beyond what the law requires, our responsibility is limited to the value of the fabric you purchased.
- Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Delhi have jurisdiction.
