Delivery
How your fabric reaches you
Because fabric is bought by length and stock moves, we confirm every order on WhatsApp before dispatch — the exact cloth, the shade, the metres and the price. Only once you're happy do we cut and send. It's a small step that saves the disappointment of the wrong fabric arriving.
- Charges: Free delivery across India on orders above ₹2,500; a flat ₹99 on smaller orders.
- Timeline: Dispatched after confirmation, typically 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Coverage: Pan-India delivery. For international shipping, message us and we'll arrange it.
- Tracking: We share your dispatch and tracking details on WhatsApp.
A single suit length is around 3.25 metres, so most orders comfortably clear ₹2,500 — meaning delivery is usually on us.
Returns
If something isn't right
We want you to be sure of your cloth. You can return uncut, unwashed fabric in its original condition within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Custom-cut lengths: Once cloth is cut to your chosen length it's made for you, so custom-cut pieces can't be returned — which is exactly why we confirm the fabric and metres with you first.
- Faulty or wrong fabric: If anything arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you confirmed, we replace it or refund it in full — this always applies, no time limit needed.
- Refunds: Once we receive and check the returned fabric, your refund is processed within 7 days.
- How to start a return: Just message us on WhatsApp with your order details and a photo; we'll guide you through it simply.
